"Infrae off to the side"

Just finally listened to the zope-cast and had a bit of an issue with a comment Jens made. It's probably going to be lost in the archives without being read, but here goes:
Goldegg is an evolutionary step forward of Zope 2/CMF/Plone infrastructure. An important component of this is Infrae-created Five technology, so the assessment by Jens that Infrae is "off on the side" in this is something I have some comment on. I don't think it's presumptuous to say that we've been instrumental in forging this evolutionary track. :) It is of course true that we're not CMF users at this point, so we aren't heavily involved in that part, but the more Five CMF uses (or gets transferred to Five), the better that is for us too.
Z3ECM is a project to build new infrastructure on top of the Zope 3 stack.
I think the two projects are entirely complementary, which is why we're involved in both.
